Canadian Local Government

Easy Explain Video has created their first state-purchase-order explainer video  for a Canadian local government.
Cote St. Luc of Canada hired Easy Explain Video, a company with plentiful experience in the field of creating explainer videos, to create a protest-animation-short against the Quebec government trying to take away bilingual status from several towns. This would mean that the offices of these towns would only be legal to conduct administration in French.
So far explainer videos have mostly been used by profit-oriented corporations to introduce their services. This project goes to show that a video can be more than suitable in the pubic sector to serve the same purpose: explain a complex message to large audiences in an entertaining way.
